Working in Life Science Industries since 2015, I am expert in Computerized System Validation (CSV). Helping them in addressing their Advanced Automation Technologies Implementation challenges, by providing expertise and project management solutions.
I started mi career in Belgium in the stronghold of the European Life Science Ecosystem. For Pharma 4.0, technology is one of the major challenges, and as technology continues to advance, automation shows the potential to transform processes and introduce performance improvements. To handle this evolution a qualified workforce is necessary, find it and optimize it is the new challenge for those industries!
In every assignment, whatever the kind and the size of the company I am working with, I noticed the will to learn more about CSV coming from my colleagues (QC team, QA Validation team, Production Team etc.).
I truly believe that I am more than a consultant performing the activities assigned; I lead my client to empowerment. Helping them to invest in their workforce and make them evolve in the desired qualified workforce.
