By Train
  • Eurostar – from London Saint Pancras / Paris Gare du Nord and Lille Europe, the company can get you in Brussels.

    Please note that you may arrive at the Brussels Midi Train Station. To get to the Congress you must take another Belgian Train to Brussels Central Station or take the public transportation Stib-mvib.
  • Thalys – from France; Germany, Netherlands, the company can get you in Brussels.

  • ICE-Sprinter – from Germany

By Plane

There are direct flights to Brussels from worldwide destinations. You may arrive in one of the two main Belgium’s airports:

  • Brussels Zaventem (BRU)
    The city center is 15 km drive.
    A Belgian train station is available in the heart of the Airport. Get your ticket through the Belgian Train website – From “Brussels Airport” To “Central Station (Brussels)”.
    Some hotels in the airport’s vicinity provide a shuttle service between the airport and the hotel, please find the information here.
  • Brussels Charleroi (CRL)
    It’s also known as Brussels South Charleroi Airport and is where most low-cost airlines operate their services from.
    The city center is 55 km drive.
    A Shuttle Bus – from the Flibco Company - connects Charleroi Airport to Brussels, leaving the airport every 30 minutes, click here to book a ticket.

By Car
